Here are some ways you can be involved in missions:
- Pray for and write (email or regular mail) to missionaries.
- Adopt a Missionary: a) prayer/intercession, b) correspond regularly with your missionary, c) send cards for birthdays and anniversaries and special occasions.
- Provide hospitality for visiting missionaries: a) host a missionary in your home when they visit our church, b) provide transportation (i.e. airport pick-up), c) take them out to dinner or invite them to your home for a meal, d) take them out sight-seeing.
- Financial support: a) providing financial gifts for special needs of missionaries above your regular giving, b) assist in raising funds for missions projects.
- Attend Missions Conferences and missionary presentations.
- Participate in sending Christmas cards to missionary families.
- Participate in short-term mission trips.
- Befriend an international student.
- Help teach others, including children, about God's missionary heart.
- Share the good news of the Gospel with your friends and neighbors.
