The Encounter - Many things come to mind when this term is used. Here are just a few: intrigue, longing, curiosity or maybe even danger. How about an Encounter with God? I encourage you to join “The Encounter” mid size group every Sunday morning at 9:30am in Olympic 1 Annex.

Our class offers studies in a variety of topics. The style is a blend of teaching and interaction with the class which will encourage us to live a life of love and good works. Participation will help us support each other and reach out to new people.

As Christian parents, we want our children to enjoy a strong, satisfying, life-transforming faith. But beyond modeling a strong faith, many of us still wonder, "What specific things can we do to be even more purposeful in growing our kids' faith?" Gain confidence and a clear plan in this small group study.

Together with other couples, you and your spouse will learn how to:

• Develop an even stronger, more loving relationship with your kids
• Lovingly lead your children to God and help them walk with God
• Raise children with an awareness that they have a God-ordained mission in life.

Purpose
We are an energetic, passionate, fun group of young adults (18-25 yrs) who desire to be more like our God, our Savior. We want to see His love and life reflected in us. We want to discover His plan and will for each of us. We will take this life journey together, seeking His wisdom, following His Word, obeying Him, growing in Him, building authentic relationships, and changing lives.

Why we are here
We are each on a LIFE JOURNEY discovering and becoming who God wants us to be. We will always experience ups and downs, twists and turns, joys and struggles, dreams and fears. God has blessed us with others who are dealing with the same life issues and He desires us to do life together, trusting in Him. We are here to connect, love, share, listen, understand, serve, grow, reach out to others, and make a difference. Call for more details.

Our goal as we meet each quarter is to be able to look over the last three months and say with confidence and joy, “I have grown measurably in the area of study and have experienced a noticeable and positive change in my life.”

As we learn and grow together some of our priorities are:
