Methods:  Sharing the vision with churches through speaking at missions conferences and church meetings, consulting with pastors and leaders, leading the BNN/NBHM Council in praying, planning and carrying our goals in accordance with our vision.

Goals: 
  1) Establish clear policy for identifying, training and appointing church planters.
  2) Start one new church in the next five years.
  3) Re-start two churches in the same period.
  4) Raise $1 Million for a church planting endowment fund.
  5) See 5 churches join BNN in the next three years.
  6) Establish multi ethnic initiatives in three churches in the next five years
